I have been a Culture & Change Maker in film, performing arts, community work and socio-cultural fields, for over 15 years, working across intersections and beyond boundaries. I combine many years of experience in artistic and project management, curation and facilitation with an intersectional perspective on cultural work, power critical thinking and equality of opportunities. In addition to artistic practice, creative production, wide-ranging publications, my own founding and creative processes, my repertoire has also included consulting and guidance work for over a decade. In addition, I completed a two-year training course in Systemic Coaching (SG certified) & Organisational Development at SIA Berlin in 2024.

What I don't offer

• I do not currently run anti-discrimination basics workshops that explain why anti-discrimination work is relevant and essential. My work is based on the assumption of a basic awareness and a willingness to (self-)reflect.​
• Furthermore, I do not offer any therapeutic or diagnostic services.
