So far in 2013 Tessa directed NOTHING: A Tale of Two Zeros by Heather Jeffery for the Writers Bloc at the Old Red Lion Theatre as well as produced & directed a benefit production of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues for One Billion Rising & The London Feminist Network Beginning of 2013 & end of 2012 she also directed On Guard by Tilly Lunken, The Women of Troy by Amy Bethan Evans & Virus by Jason Smart for the Bread & Roses Theatre Company, of which she is also a co-founder.
Most recently, in March 2013, Tessa was seen acting in Young, Gifted & Black-hearted, as well as in several roles at The Platform - A Page to Stage Workshop for New Writing end of 2012. Earlier in 2012, Tessa was also seen in The Second Shephherd's Play at the New Diorama Theatre, I Chose You at the John Thaw Studio, and danced in the Paralympics Opening Ceremony! Notable theatre work whilst training (2009-2011) includes Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, the self-written piece Cassie Knows Best as well as performances in Bali and at Shakespeare's Globe. In 2012/2013 Tessa will appear in the upcoming feature films I am Cursed and C.O.O.L.I.O and has played lead roles in the pilot episode of African TV series East Africa CIU as well as in many short films. She has also played lead acting roles in the narratives of several music videos, amongst others for songs by Jelluz, Emma Blakk and MarQus Romelle, some of which already aired on Sky music channel AKA earlier in 2012. Further recent screen work includes web-series (The 'S' State, Can't Stop Acting) and commercials (Super Bowl XLVI Chevrolet, Flubit Comedy Advert, Be The Artist). Previously Tessa also had various small, credited as well as uncredited, appearances in German films and TV series.
